Each caricature comes to printed on archive quality paper. It is ready for you to matt and frame for your signature board. I also supply a printed insert with the names and date for insertion underneath the caricature.
As well as telling me exactly how you would like to be drawn and the theme of the caricature you can choose the size you would like also.
Please note I no longer matt the caricatures to mail to you, due to past damage by carriers (the boards can be very large!) Also clients have told me it has often worked out to be a more reasonable cost to have them matted locally, and then they can also choose the matt colour. If you need help explaining to your framer what you need I will be happy to help.

Each caricature includes faces and background, names and date insert and a black and white and a colour proof.
PROOFING, DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
I work in date order for all caricatures.
If you are able to take advantage of my early ordering discount then you will be placed on my design list. I only accept 10-12 orders for each month, so the prime summer months get booked up quickly! This is why I offer 50% off my prices for people who order early. If there is less than 1 month to your event the cost is full price (if I have room on my list!).
It is important that you give me a delivery date to work with.
On ordering please send all details for the caricature, size required and event date. You will receive acknowledgement of your order on receipt, and approx proofing date. When you receive your proof (by email unless requested otherwise) I will ask you to approve it, then I will send you a colour proof for approval also and then I will complete your order.
Your order will be mailed by UPS unless you request otherwise to all 48 lower States. Mail to Canada and the rest of the world quoted on individual orders. Customs and excise is payable by the client. Please note if you require insurance please tell, me as I cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit.
At present I am offering digital service only to countries outside of USA and Canada due to high shipping costs. You can print and matt yourself or use on invitations etc.

CLEAR, RECENT and SMILING photos of the bride & groom to be (or subject of the caricature) also eye colors please :-) THE CARICATURE WILL ONLY BE AS GOOD AS THE PHOTOS YOU SEND ME!! PHOTOS WHERE THE FACES ARE LESS THAN 1" GENERALLY ARE TOO SMALL TO SEE DETAIL. Send the largest image you can. MAKE SURE THAT THE PHOTO YOU SEND IS HOW YOU WANT THE CARICATURE TO LOOK LIKE! Extra charges may apply if significant changes are required after intial drawings.
Given names of subject/s & event date for the caricature label.
Any information as to dress / situation / background / accessories and photographs where appropriate.
A word about Bride's hairstyle ... if possible a photo with the brides hair as it will be on the day is helpful. Please note if you send a photo with the hair down, and want me to put it in another style, I will try my best. The hairline changes considerably from person to person, and this hairline is an important feature of the face!
